We’ve relied on this company for several years, and their service has always been exceptional. While the drivers are consistently polite and helpful, we want to shine a light on the incredible work of the Customer Service Team. Pauline and Stephen have been lifesavers for us on numerous occasions. Their ability to accommodate last-minute requests, even late in the day, is nothing short of amazing. They always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter the challenge. We truly appreciate their dedication and the invaluable support they provide.

The delivery service by C & D South West Ltd was decent overall. Ben, who handled the delivery, was courteous and took care to get the pallet as close as possible to the required location while considering safety concerns. The communication from the company was satisfactory, with updates provided before delivery. While the equipment used was functional and the service was generally efficient, there were no standout features to make the experience exceptional.

The drivers (esp Steve) are always polite and helpful, but i want to champion the unsung heroes in the Customer Service Team. Pauline, Olly and Stephen have dug us out of a hole several times in the last few weeks and they are fantastic. Always prepared to find a way to get a booking in and keep everything going as smoothly as possible, even when asked well into the afternoon with no notice - we really value all that they do

The driver was great - what follows does not reflect on him as he was very polite and helpful. The service by CDSW was shoddy at best, probably more accurate to call it incompetent. I had to chase them 3 x times during the day. Nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on during the day and I was left just hanging on a vague promise that it would be there by 1600hrs and it wasn't - total bloody shambles. Having waited over 8 hours the delivery arrived in the dark, Date of experience: 21 November 2024

Ben delivered a pallet of tiles earlier today. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with. He was very helpful in getting the pallet as close to where it needed to go as possible, and I found his attention to detail with regards to safety very good. He noticed some manholes to an underground water tank and flagged the risk of the truck getting to close to these to avoid any possible damage. Thanks Ben!

This is how bulk deliveries should. Ben turned up with lifting equipment that worked (yes, some companies don't bother.....) and left the heavy pallets where we wanted them on the drive with no fuss. Could not have been better.

Ben was really helpful, helping us move our sand delivery to exactly the right spot to help us set up our sand area in our outside learning space.

Malcolm from C&D South West was very pleasant and cheerful - considering the company (World of Pots) hadn’t passed to him the detailed delivery instructions we had provided as requested (this wasn’t helpful for him as our location is rural). Despite that he delivered a rather large pot for us with good grace. Thank you.
