I feel totally let down by GSN, and have zero confidence in the product. I recently have made some large orders for wraps and ready meals. I have found blue plastic in my food and emailed them about if three times and have had no response. I'm wondering how much plastic I have eaten without noticing. it also seems strange that in my account that no orders are appearing in the 'my orders' section. I feel that GSN are just trying to ignore me and hope the problem goes away. I have kept copies of my orders and transaction records, and I have kept the blue plastic I have found. this is not acceptable. THERE SHOULD NOT BE PLASTIC IN MY FOOD! Thank you for flagging my review. If you actually answered your emails I wouldn't be forced to write a review.

Saved me so much time when I am having a busy week. Able to meal prep with ease, with such an amazing taste as well!!! Definitely making a regular order.

Food was not delivered on time

Absolutely delicious chicken bites - tried salt & pepper, fajita, and bbq, all lovely warmed up in the air fryer! Great for hitting macros and tastier than the pre-packed stuff from the supermarkets! Easy delivery.

Only tried 4 of the pots so far but they have all been tasty. Only downside was I received the delivery at the door in the morning and unpacked it immediately but found that of a 14 meal bundle 2 of the meals packed outside the main cool box section had already started to thaw out despite the cool bags still being frozen. If this delivery had been later in the day or had been left in a “safe place” I’m not sure what condition the food would have been in. Maybe a rethink on packaging might be needed for 14 pack orders?

Overall, I am really pleased with the Protein Wrap bundle I bought from GSN, with the caveat to that being that you should not follow the cooking instructions. They stick to the box you are meant to cook them in and so I recommend taking them out, placing them on a plate and cooking them that way. Chicken wraps are nice but the Salt and Pepper one is very strong. The meat in the Breakfast Wrap is holes and eyelids quality but fills a void.

I have tried many frozen prepared meals and none of them are as high quality and delicious as GSN. They help me stay on plan and hit my macros and they're delicious!
