Really enjoy the meals for a healthy yet convenient solution to having no time to meal prep for shift work! The variety has continued to increase but, our all time favourite is the breaded chicken katsu curry!

Have tried many of these types of meals and this one is by far my favourite. Fantastic for work and post gym. The breaded chicken katsu is my favourite and I never get bored of it. The pits look small but they are packed to the brim so nice and filling too. Highly recommend

Really enjoying these meals, great variety and easy to warm so very convenient.

Quick delivery and well priced. Meals are tasty and unbelievably convenient. I normally add a pack of frozen veg. 500 cals with decent protein is either a bulking snack or a cutting lunch. The selection is wide enough not to get fed up with the same flavours too.

Highly recommended. My favourite (along with most others) is the Katsu Curry but with that being said, I’m yet to find one that I don’t like. Awesome product

Loooving the meals. BUT the buffalo chicken is SPICY! Like SPICY SPICY. Good choice of meals though otherwise, annoying how high the p&p!
