I eat GSN pots of gold every day and have done for a long time. The convenience of preparation and portion size helps me implement diet control and (and this is the most important bit) they taste so damned good I’m excited to eat lunch every day - love them!!!

Absolutely love every one I have had! The kids love the bags of BBQ chicken ..and the satay rice boxes are my guilty pleasure !!! These meals are so convenient when…. 1. Trying to manage my weight and protein intake 2. When working 12.5hrs a day in hospital nursing they defo hit the spot when I get home tired and have no motivation to cook at 20:30 at night ! The food is very good quality. The macros are good and great variety. I have had all the wraps, all the pizzas and most flavours of the pots. They are packaged very well in cardboard which is good to see. The bundles are great value too.
