The chicken pots were fine but the "signature meals" were a huge disappointment. Very low quality meat the was tough and dry. They were also much smaller than I thought they'd be.

I ordered 32 meals and so far not one has disappointed in flavor so for the price and the convenience for work they are exactly what I was looking for

With being a bodybuilder who travels a lot as I work professionally in the music industry, the demand of my work was becoming more and more difficult to do my own meal prep, so decided to opt for Gold Standard Nutrition, I consume 4 of these pots a day, leaving me only needing to make my own other 2 meals, and they have been a game changer, as I’m able to keep on top of my protein intake and stay fuelled and because of it I’m starting to be in the best shape of my life. Some might criticised they are not ideal, but I can say they are working for me and wouldn’t be packing on tissue if it wasn’t for GSN as I’m able to stay consistent, so they come highly recommended. Definitely getting the bang for your book considering the other meal prep companies that are out there.

Great meals good for getting protein in quick and super tasty

The small pots are lovely, but we also ordered the larger signature meals and the chicken pieces are bigger but are really tough and rubbery…. I was really disappointed

I decided to lose weight via calorie deficit and to assist with calorie counting i decided to go down the premade meal prep road. I found GSN through google and decided to give the "pots o gold" a try. The meal selection is great, the food is delicous and easy to cook from frozen! The service is top tier too. I also use protein works for breakfast and choose healthy foods for lunch or on occasion one of the wraps. In 3 months i have lost 3 stone. A large part of my success is down to the ease, convieneince and the quality of the food. I actually look forward to my dinners. I am yet to try the new signature meals or chicken but am definitely going to.
