I tried wigs for the 1st time on my 43rd birthday. Boy was I lucky to have chosen this company. I'm now on my 3rd wig. Hair is so soft & easy to curl or straighten. Shipping was fast as well. I will continue to purchase from this company

do not order from this company I had a wig less than four months and the lace separated from the wig and became a frontal and a half weird they told me it was my fault. I did not know how to take care of a wig. This was not my first lace front wig but it was my first from this company and will be my last. They are not trying to resolve. The problem only told me they will give me $10.

DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A WIG IN JANUARY 13TH 2023. I NEVER RECEIVED THE WIG. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY A WEEK LATER THEY TELL ME THEY WERE ON A CHINESE NEW YEAR AND WOULD RESPOND UPON RETURN. UPS LOST THE WIG AND THE COMPANY FILED A CLAIM AND IT WAS PAID BY UPS FOR THE LOST PACKAGE. I GOT THIS INFORMATION FROM UPS PERSONALLY. I MADE THE COMPANY AWARE THAT I KNEW THAT INFO AND THEY ASKED TO SEND A NEW WIG. I TOLD THEM NO BECAUSE AT THIS POINT ITS THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY. I NEEDED THE WIG FOR AN EVENT ON FEBRUARY 5TH. SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IT IS NOW 3/22/23 AND THEY STATED THE WOULD REFUND ME WEEKS AGO AND EVEN SENT ME SCREENSHOTS OF THE REFUND. THAT WAS FALSE. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WONT REPLY. DO NOT ORDER THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I could leave zero Stars. I ordered a real HD wig and got a transparent lace in light brown which is too dark for my skin also the hair was not a natural black but reddish brown. And since the quality was not as promised I asked for a return parcel but they just dont want to keep their promise and refuse to give me one. Honestly wouldn't order from them ever again. The quality is not like advertised and the costumer Service is so so bad. It's a scam, so if the Product ain't good you have to pay the shippment for china by yourself even tho they promise the cost due to quality issues. Basically scammers and liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered for the first time and I absolutely love the hair. The texture is soft but natural. I will definitely order from MsCoco again.

Horrible haven’t had hair a full month closure thinning and hair sheds ridiculously. On top of the shedding it doesn’t not hold curls. I literally have to curl it everyday and put lots of product on it for it to last throughout the day. By mid day the ends are all straight from me curling it. Just a waste of money. Definitely will not last more than a months if that. only give one star and they keep blocking my review off their website

I got the first item which was good, because of the good quality of the first item, no complaints. However, the second different item was not as described, so I requested for return. I even offered to have a replacement instead of a refund but they ignored that and desperately wanted me to keep it and even offered to reduce the price. It is not about price reduction but the quality of the good. They tried all they could and pressured me to keep it or sell it to my friends. I rejected it and opted for a refund. All these happened within 24 hours of receiving their hair product (item bought). They reluctantly provided a return address. I returned it immediately on 11/11/2022. To date, I still have not received my refund from this Company. They are making lots of excuses ranging from the delivery man having COVID, currently, they are denying receiving the item even when the tracking number proves the time they collected the item. Beware of this greedy Company. I also had to pay a return fee upon they tried so much to deny 20% of the amount I paid for the item when all the evidence are clear. I still have not received my refund.
