Hair was very full and curly which I love a lot, this was my first purchase from them.good customer service.Only reason I gave 4stars was cause it smell kinda funny upon arrival but I washed it before installing.

Hair is always good, I never have any complaints with this company. The only reason I rated it a 4/5 was because the bangs on my wig are just a tad bit thinner than expected but all I have to do is bring some hair down to make it thicker so it’s not an issue!

There is not enough words to describe this company. All I can say is phenomenal. I ordered a unit several weeks ago and the package was damaged by the shipping company. I contacted Mscoco hair and they immediately handled the situation. They contacted the shipping company and informed me they will take care of everything Within a couple of weeks I received another unit. My job on the highest level and I have gotten so many compliments from Senators and Congressman etc….the hair is so soft I love it. I would love to post a picture but do to my job status and the nature of my job I can’t but I’m in the public eyes every day. My advice to everyone is you want great quality hair and exceptional customer service order from Mscoco hair, a company with a heart of gold and company who puts their customers first

This is my second or third time ordering hair from this company. The hair is very soft, full, and it comes in the correct length. I highly recommend ordering this hair.

So I ordered a highlighted wig from Mscoco Hair Company and I never received it. Their customer service department contacted me the day I was supposed to receive the wig to find out whether or not I received it and whether or not I was satisfied with the quality. Once I told them I never received it, they directed me to follow up with FedEx, which I had already reached out to them being that I didn't receive my package. It was investigated by FedEx and after a few days they directed me back to Mscoco Hair for a full refund. I provided my case number to Mscoco, and a customer service rep from their company informed me that they are aware of my issue and they would get back to me in a few days. It's been over two weeks and now they're not responding to my emails. I'm so disappointed. I expected quality customer service and a better experience. As of today I still have not heard back from Mscoco Hair nor have I received a refund. My next step of action will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
