I received my wig last week. Immediately I noticed the wig was in bad shape. I contacted the company multiple times requesting the return information. I was told to just wash the hair and all would be good. I had to submit a claim through PayPal for them to finally provide the return information. However, they ask you to lie about the value. To state the value was $20 and when it’s returned if the hair is not in good condition they’ll reduce your refund or not refund at all. Since they had been so shady with my return request I did exactly what they suggested I do. I washed it. I didn’t want to be out of my money and hair. It shedded so badly and I soaked it 3 times but couldn’t get the smell out. I posted a review on the website with pictures and of course they deleted it. Don’t trust this company!
