Love ordering from Mscoco Hair

So far I just received my wig and it’s in great shape. The HD lace is super thin which is good. The density is good. And the hairline looks amazing. Thank you, mscocohair❤️ I can’t wait to install it.

the hair arrived it looks of good quality the only bad thing was that on the website it says that the product will arrive from 4 to 5 days which is an absolute lie because these wigs come from china and they take around 12 days to arrive At least that's how long mine took. I looked every day on the fedex page.

I attempted to post a review on their website, saying that the pricey brown haired wig I purchased was actually red hair and I was disappointed that it was incorrectly described and now I had to pay to get it dyed. THEY DID NOT POST MY REVIEW, instead emailed me asking questions and wanting photos. I obliged, sending three pic of very red hair. Very inconsistent correspondence ensued in an email thread. Sometimes they were seemingly helpful and wanting to see if a mistake had been made, and other times it was blunt and rude a la “What do you want from us?” I responded with “Hey, you contacted me. Not the other way around.” They had first wasted my money, now they have wasted my time. In short, you can’t trust their reviews on the MsCoco.com website. They seem to publish the reviews that help sell their wigs and not 3 stars or below. Frustrating experience all around.

Over love my wig. The cap size was perfect and the brown highlights. I received many compliments. What I loved most is bleaching was not needed at all and the curls lasted❤️
