Helpful staff and good results

Staff answer questions promptly and fully - actual answers, not just canned responses. This is rare! I've been really impressed with them. Pleased with results too.

Website tricky to understand but Customer support very helpful

Some of the terminology used on the website is unfamiliar and can be confusing when ordering business cards. People answer the phone quickly and respond to emails so things can be sorted out. It would be more time-effective if perhaps someone tested the site by going through the process of placing artwork and an order and seeing what that's like for a new customer.

Mixed results and service

Mixed print results and service needs improving. Left waiting for notification that job was ready for collection, and had been so for nearly a week, only to be told when I rang up that I should have logged in to find these details - seems only customers who have jobs delivered get emailed notifications! Inconsistent colours and quality between 2 print products that should have matched. Finally, on collection premises very difficult to find despite having address... the signing of the depot almost nonexistent, and one staff member distinctly rude. Having said that all other staff I engaged with were very helpful.
