God awful. Cocked up so many jobs now and impossible to deal with. Staff insist on reading the same crap off a screen rather than putting solutions in place.

I used Marqetspace a lot until recently when two orders arrived with a white border on various sides of the documents. Having spoken with them, they tried to say the files were incorrect that was supplied - despite other orders being completed perfectly. The lady on the phone also advised that they cannot guarantee the cutting process will be perfect!! After spending a lot of money with them, it's a shame that loyalty is not appreciated and I have chosen to move away from this company. The prices are competitive but for me, quality is far more important, something which Marqetspace lacks.

Great value for money and product options.

Good for getting prices and due dates urgently, the live chat is also useful. Rarely have print issues too and prices are competitive. The speed of the website needs improving though, it seems to freeze all the time which is frustrating
