Crosby branch are appalling and so unprofessional. Lost a set of my house keys, no apology, actively selling another property to a couple viewing mine )caught on Ring Door bell), then the manager Mike, reduces the price of my property without telling me 🤬 In fact a set of keys was dropped off with Rachel on Friday 2nd August just after lunch.
