Daniel responded very quickly to our request for a quote and, unlike agents at other companies, paid attention to the things that were important to us (direct flights, travel times, location of hotels etc). He offered several options and happily amended things when asked. He wasn't at all "pushy" and seemed to have a first hand experience of the places we are due to visit. From our dealings with Daniel we would highly recommend booking through this company.
