Amazing Service & A Personal Touch

I have used Away2 several times over the past 3 years now and I have to say it is like having a personal travel agent. I send them what I a, looking for and budgets/dates and they personalise what I want around me. The staff are helpful and will take all the time needed to get you just what you want. I have been so impressed that I have gone back to them again this year and yet again then have got me what I wanted for the budget that I wanted. I really can't rate them high enough and can't wait to fly out in September. You really won't be disappointed with them!!!

AMAZING Honeymoon

We recently got back from our amazing honeymoon which Away2 organised for us. We first used this company 6 years ago when we went on our first holiday together - they organised an amazing deal to vegas staying at the mirage. We were so impressed with the service we received and also the price so there was no doubt who we were going to trust our honeymoon with. They managed to organise a 5 star hotel in Orlando at a great price, direct flights to florida at peak season over the xmas hols and a balcony upgrade on a cruise. It was a holiday of a lifetime and we were so pleased we went with away2. They replied to all our emails, queries immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team has fantastic knowledge of the states and offer great insider tips of where to stay, what to do. We have recommended this company to all of our friends and family as can't rate them enough

Fantastic Holiday

We have recently returned from a twin destination holiday booked through Away2. We flew to Las Vegas and then flew on to Barbados. Every aspect of our holiday ran smoothly and everything went to plan. Away2 were very accommodating and helpful and managed to get us everything that we required. We would definitely use them again and will be planning our next big holiday with them.

Excellent service from kirby

We have used away2 for our holidays for a number of years , and more specifically kirby. We are not the easiest of client's as our request and bookings can vary between vague to very specific. In all our dealings with kirby she has been a pleasure to deal with professional polite knowledgeable and most importantly patient, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. It is to her credit that we could never see us booking with anyone else, she really is a asset to the company and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone.

Summer of 2015 in Las Vegas

we have had an amazing time in Vegas. Probably the best visit so far. Our hotels were stunning, Vdara very very nice, the suite we had was so spacious. The beds were so comfy. Only the house keeping let them down. However if the management knew I'm sure it would of been rectified. The Vdara takes extra leg work as its set back in the city centre. It's central but set back ( if that makes any sense) after five nights we moved over to The Cosmopolitan, Wow to this place the location was perfect on the strip. We would recommend this hotel time & time again. Our room had been taken when we arrived due to an convention taking place. So unfortunately for us we had to be upgraded. Oh yes it was one of the best suites in the hotel. A wrap around Bellagio fountain view. It was amazing, our own little piece of heaven. Which now has raised the bar of standard for the future. We made loads of new memories, we would like to thank you Kirby so very much for your time & effort. As usual done with complete care for us, to make sure we had everything in place to make our trip. We will be I touch next year went we plan our new adventure Thank you Julie & Paul

Great service, professional and the best deals found

I have used Dan at Away2 for a couple of trips to the US, the first being a two centre Las Vegas / Mexico trip and then more recently a driving trip around Florida. Dan always goes out of his way to make suggestions to enhance any trips and always seems to manage to source the best deals on hotels and flights. I'll always use him and Away2 for my travel requirements as the service I have received has been second to none.

The Perfect trip - 100% recommend Dan!

I contacted Dan at Away2 through recommendation from a friend as I was interested in booking a roadtrip down the West Coast to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. I discussed my initial thoughts around budget and hotel requirements with Dan on the phone and he sent me over a suggested itinerary. My trip came in under budget and after discussing with my partner we amended our trip to also add on a stay in New York and a stay in Mexico. Dan provided us with many options and gave us time to consider our options. He was always available and more than helpful when we had any questions but never pressurised us into booking. In lead up to the trip Dan went above and beyond our expectations and even called me to say he had changed our hotel in one of our locations for a better one as it had come in at the same price which was an unexpected surprise. I also requested to make a few amendments to flight times and nothing seemed to much trouble. Our trip consisted of 8 hotel bookings, 5 flights and 2 car hires (including a guaranteed mustang) and couldn't have been more perfect. Dan had arranged for us to have a good amount of time in each location and the hotels were central and met and exceeded all of our requirements. I can't thank Dan enough for making our trip perfect. I will definitely be booking with him again and would 100% recommend him to anybody booking a holiday, no matter what your requirements!

Away 2 is all I use for my US holdidays

I always use Away 2 for my USA and Caribbean Holidays, I use my main contact Kirby who always comes back with a quote within 24/48 hours and they are usually always better then what I find on comparable sites. I just booked my next Holiday with Away 2 and Kirby has been really helpful, found the perfect deal, and i can't wait to book my next holiday with her.

Fabulous USA trip

Myself and my partner had been looking at a number of different trips across the USA and Away2 were by far the most helpful!! Our trip consisted of visiting Las Vegas, Hawaii and New York. From the initial organisation of the trip to the very last day everything was great The hotel advised by Daniel were perfect 5* luxury which was exactly what we had specified. The tour we arranged to the gran canyon through Away2 was also great and really well organised. I would 100% recommend Away2 and I will definately be using them for my next trip!! THANK YOU!!

Missed out on the main event, because of misinformation!! Disappointing.

We posted a review on the 11th March (under Danielle & Michael Barnett) of our very positive experience with this company during the booking and amending of our two stop holiday to San Francisco and Las Vegas. Our travel and hotel arrangements went perfectly, we could not have asked for more. However, while still keeping us in our budget, Daniel arranged for an all loops pass for the bus tours in San Fran and a trip to Alcatraz in with them. My husband was incredibly excited about this, and said it is something that he was going to book anyway because "you can't not go" to Alcatraz if you are in San Francisco. I was advised - very specifically by Daniel - to go to the bus company on our first morning there (this would be the 28th August, as we did not arrive in the city until after the offices were closed on the 27th), to collect our all loops pass and confirm with the company which of our three days, that we wanted to be booked on to the Alcatraz tour. Upon arrival, I produced the paperwork to exchange for tickets and was told that we had been marked down as no shows for the 27th for Alcatraz. I explained that we did not arrive until after their offices had closed on the 27th and had been told to do it this way, but on closer inspection of the paperwork, it did indeed state that it had been booked (albeit on our behalf) for the 27th and could only be redeemed on that day. Not on any of the three days, as we had been told. The tours were also completely booked out until September 15th. My husband was gutted, if we had known that we had to select a date in advance then we would have done or booked ourselves rather than wasting money through another company on this excursion. So I sent an email to Daniel explaining the situation and asking if he could possibly contact the tour providers to see if they could get us onto a cancellation. The reply that I got was quick, but quite frankly pathetic: "Hi Danielle, I am so sorry about this. I have checked with Dosomethingdifferent and they unfortunately are not able to help. See below: Hi Daniel, I’m very sorry about the problems your customers had in san Francisco. I have looked into this the date booked is the date the customers do Alcatraz this is clearly stated on the voucher we sent over for your customers. On this occasion we can’t issue a refund and sadly Alcatraz is full in mid-September. Please feel free to email or call if We can help anymore. Enjoy the rest of your day. Kind regards" What Daniel had sent to them was not mentioned so I don't know if they were replying to my original email, which stated that Daniel had given us specific instructions. The email from dosomethingdifferent states that the dates were set and yet we were never advised of that, but instead missed out on an experience that we would have booked ourselves if we hadn't had such faith in this company. We booked all of our own tours for Vegas and they went without a hitch, the only one we had a problem with was the one that away2 booked on our behalf. I am grateful that Daniel replied so quickly, but there was no ownership that the mistake had been made by Away2 and not us(why would we book the 27th if we didn't get there until the evening??). There was no remorse or indeed offer of a refund on the money of ours that was wasted on this tour that it turned out was impossible for us to attend. I have yet to reply to Daniel's email above as my husband and I honestly find it quite pathetic an attempt at resolution. It was 5 stars all the way until this, Alcatraz is not the thing you want to be missing out on in San Francisco.
