We were going to book our Christmas break ourselves and used comparison websites to check prices and availability. We decided that we would try Away2 and I am so glad we did. Kirby, sales representative, was professional and extremely helpful to our every whim. We changed our minds on dates/venues/car hire/flights and all changes never proved too much hassle for her. Flights were held for us which was really advantageous and so when we were ready the holiday was booked with very little effort. We then received a call out of the blue saying that we could stay an extra night in Las Vegas on Away2 if we could come home one day later. We have never had something for nothing and we wondered what the catch was, but there was not one, the only additional cost to our party of 4 was the extra day car hire, fantastic....All documentation has been speedily sent to us and if there were any changes that needed to happen, these were completely promptly. I would recommend Away2.

Booked to attend a friend’s wedding in Bali & also to combine with annual holiday. Mednick came cheaper than other agents and also managed to book flights to get to the destinations at reasonable times. I changed my mind so many times regarding hotels and Mednick patiently gave me various quotes only for me to go back to the original itinerary! He responded to my questions and emails immediately even during out of office hours! Looking forward to the trip and will review again upon return.

We used Away2 to travel to Vegas and LA for my 21st birthday and it was the best holiday I've ever had. 4 years later and I'm returning for my Mum's 50th birthday and have received yet again fantastic customer service. Booking our honeymoon was the easiest and simplest process I have ever had when booking a holiday. We asked Mednick for a quote MONTHS ago which he gave us some excellent ideas. He has kept us fully updated for a while and when we were ready to book 2 days ago, he not only gave us quotes within minutes, but also tried to match it so closely with what he gave us when we first made the inquiry. The holiday has been completely tailor made perfectly to suit the type of honeymoon we want to have, and Mednick has provided us with the absolute TOP hotels for 2/ 3 star prices. We are so so thrilled that Mednick has put so much effort into our dream honeymoon and absolutely cannot wait to go. He is also so enthusiastic about providing the perfect holiday and seemed so clued up about everywhere we wanted to go, as he has been to all of these places before too and was able to give us personal advice- (LA, San Diego, Palm Springs and Las Vegas). felt like I was misled about being able to change my plans when I booked a round the world trip with this company and ended up losing money on hotels that I had booked and could not cancel , had to buy a separate flight from Bangkok to England as could not change a flight and the pick ups that I paid for never materialised and got charged excess baggage when I should not have tried to explain it all but got no joy or help, my advice is do it online its cheaper and you get better service

As a film producer there isn't anything more you could ask for. On the often occasion we've had to call them to make modifications to our bookings it's always been a breeze.
