Their company used 2nd rate transport company that doe not deliver regional areas. After it com back 2 times to them neither the company or transport company contacted me.2 weeks later I rang and asked what was going on transport company has recorded messages and a tracking app that does not work an for bargins on line worse Customer service I have ever received. Still waiting for refund.

I bought the Royal Sleep white pine bunk beds. I was impressed with how quickly they were delivered however the quality of the timber used was poor in several parts. The timber had been heavily filled with wood filler which is quite obvious and not covered by the white paint. We even had to chisel wood filler out of the under bed drawer where the channel is located to fit the bottom of the drawer in place, before we could assemble it. I would recommend checking the quality of the timber used in the construction of these bunks in store before purchase, it should be good quality and not the obviously cheaper materials that have been used.
