Very poor customer service. Bought bed for my daughter returning from USA. I asked to delay delivery until they found accom. No could not hold in warehouse might get stolen and Courier determines delivery date - no thought for the customer. At the same time I bought a Washer and Microwave from Appliancesonline with same request. No problem - will store until you are ready to receive. This sort of treatment to a simple request probably ensures customer never comes back.

Excellent service Fast delivery Exactly as described

Ordered a treadmill that arrived on time, however firstly delivery guy asked me to help unload which I did but could only carry it into the yard as it was way to heavy for me to carry. Also when I opened the treadmill there were cracked plastic sides with broken screws, also no instructions manual and couldn’t find anything online for the model.
