Since receiving the treadmill I have only used it 4 times. By all accounts so far the treadmill is great and meets my requirements. Regrettably, the product has been overshadowed by the appalling performance of the carrier which was used. Their overall performance, which reveals only 1.5 out of 5 from 1900 reviews says it all. I don't know whether Bargains Online uses them exclusively but if they do, and they continue their dreadful service, Bargains Online's reputation will be very much judged by this association. It was really a very disappointing experience, although I did appreciate the repeated attempts by the girls at Bargains Online to fix the issue. But, a month to deliver the treadmill from Sydney to Brisbane is a bit rich!
