Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service Completely mislead by our account executive who had no idea about Twilio's requirements who wasted 4 weeks of me and my client's time. Their requirements are not clear most of it is buried on their website. Don't pay any attention to what account executive says as they don't have any knowledge about Twilio. Make sure you talk with support to get accurate information.

When I first register they gave me both test and prod sms api without my account verification. the day when I register they sent a email with very strange title which later I realized is an importnt email about account verification. and today they suddenly disable my account which I used in production. My client could not able to use my services due to their amateur act. if you not verifiy the account why you give me production api key? if you are going to disable my account why dont you notfiy me or not periodically asking me?

They suspended my account just because…

They suspended my account just because I asked a few questions about their business policies and questions. Clearly shows how this company will treat you once you deposit your amount. I am glad that I did not deposit my money. This will also be reported to cyber crime this week with documentation.

This is officially the worst company…

This is officially the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Not a single good word about customer support. I send 3 text messages through highlevel for a client, all the leads agree with privacy policy AND disclaimer and still they closed my account. Unbelievable! I don't even feel like they've read my ticket. They made me look an absolute goofbag in front of my clients.

FRAUD: Twilio benefits while you pay for it!!!

I believe this company benefits from fraud and should be investigated by law enforcement. My account was hacked 3 times and thousands of emails were sent via my account ( the Amazon fraud!) It has cost me hundreds of pounds over the months. They were not going to refund me ANY of it but I persisted and they agreed to repay a FRACTION of it. Twilio benefit directly from the fraud and I can’t see that they have the necessary systems in place to prevent fraud! In my eyes, I believe that makes them complicit in the crime that was committed against me. Avoid Twilio like the plague.

Took my money, Suspended, fraud suspected

Wanted to implement One Time Code via SMS with twillo'. It's very simple feature, 20 minutes of development and 10 mins for organisational things. However.... My process during the last 7 days: 1. Registered 2. Capcha every login 3. Upgrade account (don't use twillo' tips, strange errors in this case) 4. Paid first deposit 5. Integrated their API into my app. 5. Account was suspended couple of days after that! 6. My "case" (I had a case?) was transferred to Fraud Dept. 7. They asked me for my personal social networks, refused. 8. They decided to have a Zoom call with me! A Zoom call to have a simple option of One Time Code via SMS for my app! Got the feature I wanted with another service. It took me an hour.

Horrible Customer Service

Suspended out of nowhere with no explanations. Did this 5 times. The service itself is fine but the customer service is horrible
