Best decision ever. First of all l want to thank James he is very professional he is the one who made me to go to this clinic. I had other clinics that l had communicated with and l wanted to go there . Believe me not he texted me and he was very polite he asked me if l still wanted my teeth to be done. I had sent messages to a lot of clinics most of them contacted me and l ignored them. When James contacted me l responded him and wanted to ignore but because of his customer care l felt l should accept this. I can’t even compare with were l wanted to go as some of them were rude but everyone at Value Dent is friendly. James was there to answer all my questions he remained professional l have recommended most of my friends because of the service l got from this clinic. The dentist assistant was so nice aswell she kept re assuring me everytime.The service was amazing, the staff is very friendly and supportive. I don’t like injections and when l read through the reviews l thought that people were lying when they were saying that they didn’t feel a thing mhh. Trust me l didn’t feel the infection l told the dentist that l am scared of injections mhh l didn’t feel a thing. The hotel staff was amazing especially the guy at the reception mhh what a soul. Thanks to Dr Khaled who did all the work, Dr Ahmet who did my last check up and not forgetting Anwar who was always there for us taking us from the hotel and making our lives easy.
