You have several cohorts and even though I couldn’t join your February cohort, I reached out to your CEO not just to make further enquiries on the course but to notify him that I wouldn’t be proceeding with my cohort but was ignored. After making the course related enquiry via WhatsApp with no response for weeks I didn’t proceed with my update. I am sure my question was seen because apart from the visible blue double tick, the CEO was online hours and days after my enquiry with status updates as well. Instantly, I was demotivated from this experience and decided not to proceed even though I had communicated later that I would go with the next cohort to an attendant staff. We were told to feel free to reach out to the CEO during your free seminar if we needed to ask him anything.So why would I be ignored for reaching out politely with an enquiry on the course? That’s not the same as going back and forth with a decision as you have illustrated. My deposit was not refunded for nearly a year because the CEO stated that I was verified already and a refund couldn’t be issued even though I didn’t have assess to your course content. Still, there was a back and forth about me already assessing your materials which is false as one can only assess the course once they were ready to commence the course and have paid more than the initial deposit as communicated during your seminar. In essence, you have withheld nearly 25% of my initial deposit for been verified which is wrong. Secondly, there’s another negative review here which I think you can respond to. Thanks for the experience.
