I loved my diamond ring! My husband picked the right ring to our 10th Aniversary gift! It was perfect!

I recently reached out to CR Jewelers after not seeing them in the local mall I used to go to. I was advised they were no longer at that location but there was a location about an hour from me. I wanted to turn my old gold diamond rings in for cash using their cash for gold option as I had done before. I spoke with Linda Jackson who walked me through a process of sending my rings in and receiving a check for their value shortly thereafter Within minutes Linda sent me a shipping label for me to send my rings off! Within a couple days they were received, and Linda let me know that a check should be in the mail to me within the next day or two. The process was so simply and easy. Linda's customer service to me was outstanding and I would recommend CR jewelers to any and everyone based on my experience!! Upon receiving my check, I was also sent a metal angel to stick in my car. The thoughtfulness that went into that was amazing, and this company truly shines above the rest.

Had to make a tough decision to sell a golden eagle that had been hanging around my neck for over thirty years. I was unemployed and needed the money.Found a job and really wanted to buy back said eagle.Had a great experience with a rep. named Linda. She was so willing to help me achieve this and soon the eagle will land in the Coral Springs store. This is absolutely the very best place to buy jewelry. Leslie is a true dream and she never once made us feel uncomfortable about our modest budget. She was warm and friendly and so super accommodating and we will always go back to her for all of our jewelry needs. This is completely the right place to go when you need something beautiful. Cannot say anything more than how perfect this experience was. We saw her at the Coral Square location and went back to her to buy a second ring the same day. Much appreciation for this amazing store. She's a wonderful lady and her customer service skills are beyond compare! :)

Neeed a few more chairs or higher counters would be my remarks for other jeweler stores, but not the CR of Jersey Garden Mall. Lighting great, staff not pushy, but helpful, not over crowding of applications for credit cards, no over display of cleaner, etc. Oh yea...great prices.

I shopped a total of 4 stores in the mall. While the clarity and color numbers varied just a bit, I felt I made a purchase that was about $300 less than a pair of similar quality at Jared's.

They exceeded my expectations and the quality of merchandise was excellent.
