I live on the east coast of the US. When I first placed my order I had somehow messed up both my mailing and shipping addresses. I immediately emailed YouZee explaining what had happened and got an almost immediate response (from a real person). It was pretty late at night in Sweden. The response was extremely helpful and kind. The lenses arrived really quickly (less than 2 weeks!) and in great condition. There is no doubt the prescription is correct, but I haven’t used them yet, as it is summer and I will use them for downhill skiing. I have several friends who have used them and LOVE them as they don’t fog and you can get them in progressive lenses so you can read trail maps, see people’s faces, and see where you’re skiing.

The people I had contact with did nothing but make my experience great!
