If you're considering purchasing from Perfumeroo, I strongly advise you to think twice. I recently had an incredibly negative experience with this company that left me without my purchased goods and out of pocket. Here's what happened: On 30 April 2024, I placed an order with Perfumeroo, excited to receive my new fragrances. The checkout process was smooth, and I received a confirmation email shortly after my purchase. However, that's where the positive aspect of my experience ended. Weeks went by, and my order did not arrive. I reached out to Perfumeroo's customer service, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, my emails went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. I was left in the dark, unsure if my order was ever going to arrive. After waiting a considerable amount of time, I made the decision to request a refund, as it was apparent that the goods I had ordered were not going to arrive. To my dismay, my request for a refund was denied. Perfumeroo claimed that my order had been shipped and that they were not responsible for any delays or issues with the delivery. I was shocked and disappointed by their response. Not only did I not receive my order, but I was also left out of pocket, with no resolution in sight. It's unacceptable for a business to treat its customers in this manner, and I strongly urge others to avoid making the same mistake I did. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Perfumeroo to anyone. Their lack of communication, failure to deliver goods, and unwillingness to provide a refund have left me feeling deceived and frustrated. If you're looking to purchase fragrances, I suggest looking elsewhere. Disclaimer: This review is based solely on my personal experience and should not be taken as a reflection of Perfumeroo's overall reputation. However, I felt it was important to share my story in order to warn others of the potential issues they may encounter when dealing with this business.

The Dunhill Desire version that I got

The Dunhill Desire version that I got, simply has NO staying power. After a few MINUTES it's gone and gone completely. I stopped using it after about 5 tries.

The only reason I'm giving this company…

The only reason I'm giving this company 3 stars is because they don't communicate with their clients, basically there is no customer service at all. They respond when it suits them and after many attempts of trying to get a hold of them he/she would always respond around 11pm to 12am midnight. Long story short, this morning we received our oder. I am very happy with the oder but I just wish that they can improve on their customer service. I personally won't be ordering through the same company anymore and my reason is simple :I don't want to feel like I got scammed again or like I have to chase you for something I paid for. I would have given at least 4 stars had I received some form of apology from the company even if it was verbal but anyway we move and wishing you the best moving forward PERFUME ROOM.

Very poor service

I ordered on the website on April 19 2023, and when I didn’t get any shipping information, I reached out on instagram on April 22, 2023. On April 23, 2023 they responded to increase the prices claiming they were updating the website prices, I had to add more money to the price already paid for the items even though the claim was ridiculous to me. In fact, as at the time of writing this review, they’ve still not updated the prices on the website. Seems to be priced low on the site to lure people to buy? They ended up still having to refund me for one item as they insisted they didn’t have it in the size which I ordered and which was advertised on the site. I finally received my order on May 14,2013; 24days after I first ordered. I give them 3 star because it’s a genuine item and I got a refund for one of the items, but the service was nothing to write home about. I had to keep checking in to get updates. I will not be using the site anymore.

International Perfume aka Never Local!

International Perfume! I love the fact that the Company don't do "local" It's literally the best stop shop for exquisite perfumes.
