I deeply regret purchasing from Smooch Baby as once they had my money they had no interest in helping with a faulty product. I bought a co sleeper bassinet that cost over $300, and when it was unboxed one corner of the mattress was compressed, making the surface uneven and therefore unsafe for sleeping. I emailed Smooch baby, who claimed that they emailed the manufacturer who said that the foam would re-inflate. The foam has not re-inflated whatsoever, it remains squashed and unsafe for an infant. I'm still shopping for my nursery and won't go with an unknown brand like Smooch Baby again, because you can't rely on after-purchase support if something goes wrong. Stick with an actual store or somewhere that is more reputable. I now have to go through Fair Trading to get a resolution and ensure a safe sleep surface for my baby. It would be nice to actually get help with a faulty product rather than be fobbed off.
