I had to contact the customer services team (due to an error I'd made with my order - completely my fault) and Krisztian was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we sorted everything out smoothly. Before speaking with Krisztian, I spoke with a lady over the phone who was equally as helpful. What a lovely team of people and great products they sell too!
