Yoga bolster, it helps with practice but also helps my coccyx as I have arthritis, very painful, and the specific cushion doesn’t help, this does, it’s perfect, really quick delivery, well packaged, would definitely recommend getting any yoga sundries from here

The yoga props I’ve bought are fantastic but my latest purchase was a pair of leggings and they were the absolute worst most shocking low quality leggings I’ve ever had. Looked more like tights, very shiny and completely see through, there’s no way I can teach in them and was so disappointed to have bought them.
