I was pleased at the quick response and delivery time but for my first order it all had to be returned and the postage cost me more than £11!! The Girlfriend Juliet Bra small was too tight, and the Yoga-Mad Pilates Studio Pro Mat, even though I selected the thickest for back support (I have spinal damage from cancer) it was ridged with grooves and painful to lie on. I think returns should be free in this case as I then re-ordered alternatives with more success.
