These documents are the exact same documents we purchased from ISO 9001 Help co. they are just advertised under a different name! This is a total rip off! If the companies are connected in some way that should be stated! All we have accomplished with this purchase is a one for one duplicate of something we already have! Don't make the same mistake we did!

Hello - this is not what I expected at all, only a lot of placeholders with no texts or incomplete documents with 1/10th pages missing, really not helping me much, I am not sure what I have actually paid for? If I could ask for a refund I would but the sales email is a "do not reply" email, so really not a good purchase at all.
