Purchased a Denon DN-D4500. Developed a fault 3 days before it's warranty was up. Called the company - they allowed me to send it back and it was repaired within 5 days. Then, they even called me to make sure I had received the repaired CD player & that it worked correctly. Couldn't ask for more!
