First time my wife and I used Racingbreaks and we both throughly enjoyed it. Hotel was superb, a nice gesture that we had a free drink both days we stayed. Weather certainly helped the enjoyment of race day and would definitely use Racingbreaks again.

Most enjoyable stay at Sir Christopher Wren Windsor and Royal Ascot. RacingBreaks organisation was faultless. Clearly they know what they are doing, timing to and from Ascot was perfect despite the traffic. Questions prior to visit were answered fully and promptly. First class!

Had a super day out at Royal Ascot last week. Can’t fault Racing breaks from start to finish. Booked one of their experiences. Hotel, transfers from the hotel to the course and return. Excellent service. Staff very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend anyone who’s thinking of having a day out at the Races. Stress free then this is the company to use!

Incredible day out at Royal Ascot. The space they reserved and the organising of the day was exceptional value versus anything you could ever organise individually. Would also note that everyone else who’d got tickets through them were exceptionally friendly so it actually felt like a group event. I look forward to my next trip with them

Just come back from an amazing experience at Royal Ascot. Met Tom and Ed on the Thursday and could not be more impressed with either! A great stay at the Sir Christopher Wren paired with a brilliant days racing at Ascot. Will be rebooking for 2025 and definitely reccomending to friends and family, lets hope for the same sun in 2025!

Easy booking experience. The appointed hotel for the Ascot break, Village Hotel, Farnborough was much better than expected. The staff were warm, friendly and courteous and attentive. The rooms and public areas were bright and clean with food and drinks reasonably priced. Upon booking our party were to travel from the hotel to Ascot and return to the hotel afterwards. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to travel independently to enable parking closer to the enclosure. Due to the situation and short notice and despite having a blue badge we couldn’t book a disabled space but the Racing Breaks representative/ courier along with her colleague at their offices offered advice and information which enabled us to secure free accessible parking adjacent to the Windsor Enclosure. Their assistance was invaluable and helped avoid a potentially stressful day and possible cancellation.

Had really looked forward to this since booking last July. Up to the day of transfer, to and from Ascot,I was really happy with communication from Racing Breaks. On the day the whole transfer was shambolic and chaotic Coach driver got lost - it was clearly the first time he’d driven to the race course - he stopped to ask directions and the agent on coach called the other coaches in the group what road to use / so we all got off and walked - the return journey was truly awful - couldn’t find the coach park (racing breaks did send us a map of how to get to the coach it was so small and frankly just useless) the agent on coach was supposed to meet us at gate / she didnt - tel number to call her was ‘unable to contact’ and she just seemed a little inebriated from her day at the races. Left feeling really disappointed about the whole event. Will not use racing breaks again

Just returned from a racing breaks to royal ascot. We had a nice day but the transfers were shocking. The coach drivers didn’t seem to know the route and the racing breaks staff were disorganised, inefficient and on the return leg seemed to have over participated in the day themselves. There wasn’t enough seats on the coach, they hadn’t checked any names , people were on the wrong coaches. Surely the staff should be professional and not been at the event enjoying the day, like a guest!

I booked a trip with Racingbreaks. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information and promptly answering all my questions. The accommodations were excellent. Will definitely book again!
