Ashley, Niall and their team are very professional. They have done an awesome work in my house, and I encourage anyone who is looking for underfloor heating system to contact them. We were explained in detail on how the system works and how to get the best performance out of it. Their system heats up the house and save money on your electricity bill. Excellent service offered by Jk Floorheating! Ashley is brilliant and was able to provide me a quote just after a few questions on the phone. Since the ufh systems were new to me, I made several appointments to ask questions on person and also over phone. Ashley was very patient and thoroughly explained the whole process. He was also very supportive answering any questions that our electrician/Plumbers had. The whole process only took 2 days and we were able to lay the floors soon after. The best part about this job is they have a dustless milling machine to cut out the grooves and it was not disruptive to other works carried. The whole retrofit systems with minimal disruption is a game changer and can be done on any new build homes or existing home that needs floors changed. As promised, this system does not add any extra heights to the floor which is a great plus! The installation guys did an amazing job and all our neighbours are already enquiring to get this done as well. Highly recommend their service and exceptional customer service by Ashley!
