I’ve been using InniAccounts for over three years now. In the beginning, they made everything so simple for me - my package even included them registering my company for me, so I didn’t need to mess around filling in forms (and likely getting them wrong!) for Companies House and HMRC, etc. Any forms I did need to sign I was able to just scan and return via e-mail, or simply photograph with my phone and e-mail. They make the process so simple, straightforward and guide you through every step of the way. Once we were up and running, there’s very little to do. There’s a cloud around accounting that it’s a dark art and complicated. Well, that may be true for other accountants, but not in my experience with InniAccounts. Their portal is superb. Straightforward to use with a user friendly layout. It makes your business finances a dream with immediately available balances due to the live bank feed function (if your bank provides this), autocalculating bills, seamless invoice raising, and a great little report centre - there really is nothing more you could want. If however, something does go wrong, or you need some guidance, fear not, you’re not just another number behind a computer screen. With a personal account manager who gets to know you, and your business, you’re always in safe hands and, for anything tax related, there’s always a fully trained accountant who will take your call and give you the advice you need as part of the service. With your personal and corporate tax returns also part of the plan (if you opt for that plan) everything is seamless. I believe InniAccounts are changing the face of accounting, especially for small businesses. Yes, they may not be the cheapest accountant available, but they’re definitely not the most expensive and, for what is included in your package/plan, they’re second to none, and provide great service and excellent value for money. I haven't had an accountant before, so I have no first-hand experience. However, I find Inniaccounts very helpful. They adapt to my communications needs (I like explanations) and the tool is very easy to use. I see that they are continually improving. I can't ask for more.
