Even after sending CCTV footage of parcel being taken from an unsafe delivery location they still can’t be assed to do anything about it. Standard, lazy, 5h1t online brand that should be avoided. Customer service took 5 days to reply and I’m still without my parcel. Embarrassing company

Look good but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Ended up with blisters after wearing them on a night out. Would show you the photos but I’d rather spare you the graphic detail. Would definitely not buy again.

Recently purchased a pair of trainers from this brand. Arrived a couple of days after ordering via DHL. After around a month there was a slight tear in the stitching. Contacted the company via email with photos of the damage on a Saturday and had a new pair shipped out the following week. They also reimbursed the costs I paid out on return postage as I wasn’t aware they offered to arrange collection. Excellent customer service and very prompt with resolving my problem and arranging an exchange.

Just purchased pair number 13 of this brands trainers, excellent quality, nice packaging, unique looking sneakers. I’ll be back for more.
