I consulted funda and a few other mortgage advisors before going with JMS. Everyone else was telling I needed 3 mortgages... Funda was the only one who explained in basic English what my options were and that I understood. We went with funda JMS and didn't look back. She was fantastic held my hand as such and was there every step of the way, even when we had issues with other sides solicitors (which she didn't need to do). Totally recommend you at least speak with Funda she is so down to earth and will explain everything and make sure you understand all the lingo...
