Very fast delivery. Admittedly only 1 of the 2 crates ordered were initially dispatched, but as soon as I contacted Rokit they sorted it out and added a couple of goodies to make amends. It also helps that the beer is amazing!

Got sent wrong beer by mistake. But then got what I originally ordered and got to keep the first delivery aswell. Excellent!

It didn’t turn up, even though I had a text to say it was going to be delivered on that day. No contact for two days. I had to chase only to find out that it had been broken in transit. These things happen but I would expect a call to let me know rather than me having to chase. How long would it have been before I was contacted if I hadn’t done it?!
