Overall it’s a good website, however, I still have not had a response about a ticket escalated. I completed two different tasks step by step to the exact instruction, I invested £80 in eToro after completing the course etc, and then it said it rewarded me one point! After providing them proof, screen records, screenshots etc, they kept sending generic emails back, clearly not even reading my problem. So I am owed 1000 points that I am still waiting to be in my account.. two weeks later. This is issue has just ruined the website for me (which before I thought was good) and I’ve stopped using. Also the same with the tasks that you can get bonus points on after spinning the wheeel… no points added.. escalated issue,, they have done nothing. I’ve looked at them on instagram and they seem like a small business, they have time to constantly make videos of themselves without dealing with customer complaints? Doesn’t make sense.

My experience has been great since the app has easy guide and awesome rewards

So easy and self explanatory to use hell is always there if needed. Would recommend very much
