Absolute joke of a company.

Absolute joke of a company. Bought a sq5 21/11/2024 Had nothing but problems with it since. Dpf clogged Injectors need fixing. Keeps going into limp mode Only response u got off this company is your 30 days are up. Also the car is mapped that sold me. I wasn’t told this untill I put the car into Audi to get it checked over. Absolute con men wouldn’t buy a thing off them. And for every bad review people put up they counteract them with fake 5 star reviews! Absolute joke off a company I’m currently seeking legal advise on what I can do about this peice off crap car they sold me!

Arguably, this place has by far the best stock of cars that you'd love to buy and own. My choice of happiness was the audi sq5. The journey from home to Oldham was around 2 hours. But worth it. The stock is incredible. The game changer was joe who works there. He was like an encyclopedia when it came to information on different models. It the first time where nothing was a problem. I kept on changing my mind but joe was extremely patient. Not once did he make us feel like we were awkward customers. I'll definitely be trading with this company again in the future. I definitely recommend this company if you're looking at purchasing a new car. Hassle free, no nonsense service. TRUST me, you won't be disappointed. 5 ***** stars from me. Quality After Sale Customer Service

I bought a 330d X-Drive from Blackline at a very reasonable price, on the test drive, everything was fine, car behaved as expected, it was only after driving it a few days that I noticed there was an issue with it when the engine was warm. I took it to my local BMW dealership for a service and diagnostics on the fault and found it required a replacement transfer box. After a few emails, we agreed to have the repair completed by a transmission specialist local to me, they sent me a number to call, I booked it in and the repair was completed at a time convenient for me. I have now had the car for a couple of months and I am over the moon with it. Easy and simple process to buy the car, as with every used dealer I went to see, they offered me peanuts for my part exchange, which I sold privately for 5 times what I was offered, but that wasn't just these guys, that was everywhere I took it. After dealing with the fault on my car with absolutely no fuss, nothing was a problem for them, and they have dealt with everything brilliantly. I work in the motor trade and have worked at Prestige Retailers for a number of years and the customer service I have had from Blackline has been better than I would have expected from most of the "Prestige" retailers I have experience with. Would recommend to anyone, thanks for everything you guys have done

Blackline motors are a great company…

Blackline motors are a great company and haven’t disappointed me ever since i purchased my car from them, the start and stop on my car wasn’t working due to the battery needing replaced, I got in touch with the dealership and with no hesitation they sent one out to me at no cost and i received the battery within a day with them telling me they will send one out, they did this out of there own good will. I really appreciate the service they have given me ever since I went down to Blackline, the battery resolved my issue. Great company no doubt and great staff.

Terrible Customer Service - Completely Unresponsive

I was interested in purchasing a car from Blackline Motors and have made numerous attempts to get in touch, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. I’ve tried calling, texting, and emailing, but no one has responded to a very simple inquiry. I understand this is a busy holiday period, but their website doesn’t reflect any updated hours, and there has been no communication to clarify. What’s particularly frustrating is that during the time I’ve been trying to reach out, the company has been actively posting new car advertisements on their Facebook profile, even promoting “the best customer service” and encouraging people to “call us today.” Yet, despite following these instructions, I’ve been met with complete silence. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. The lack of response and apparent disregard for potential customers speaks volumes about their priorities. I will not be pursuing any business with this company going forward. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

Just got a car from here and couldn’t be happier with the service. Callum was super helpful, kept us in the loop the whole way, and wasn’t pushy at all. Highly recommend!
