Good pins, were delivered on time

I love the pins I designed for the non-profit I work for. They look great and are just the right size, not too small, not too big and gaudy. And it was a good price point, too. They arrived earlier than expected as well, which was great.

Received a quote, reviewed the proof, and paid for the order. Then a month later I was contacted that THEY sent the wrong price. They informed me that it was incorrect and the remaining balance would need to be paid. I asked why they will not honor a quote THEY provided me. No answer to my question. Offered a refund and an "our bad" apology. Bad business practices right there.

Keen was very patient with me and helped to rush my order for my event. I am very pleased.
