Hi.its been more than a week that I didn't receive my kebab knife. A catering company that do delivery's all the time .they didn't pay enough postage so my order is waiting at the courier depot because of this.

While I am satisfied with the product, I am still unhappy with my parcel being delivered to a neighbor since Alpha Catering is unable to provide a time slot. Express delivery is not an option for me, as it would not be worth ordering from AC. Therefore, I will consider ordering from another supplier who can offer an estimated delivery time slot. Thank you for your understanding

This company, its leadership, its staffing team, and its products are brilliant. We were delighted to receive one of their excellent "Alpha Insulated Large Food Delivery Bag, 20" x 14" x 13"" bags to help us ensure that hot food could be delivered straight from our charity's kitchen to nearby vulnerable residents. We had previously had to carry multiple hot water bottles in with the packaged meals so that we maintained the approved minimum temperatures. This made the bags really heavy for the wonderful voluntary walking deliverers. Alpha Catering Supplies came to our rescue with their superb bag and their incredible kindness. The kitchen and their volunteers love it and we can't thank and praise the Alpha director and team enough. Absolutely a '5-star' experience and bag.
