I bought from Notino one Lancaster Tan…

I bought from Notino one Lancaster Tan Deepener Tinted Jelly and it was a fake - after 2 hours in the sun I got an extreme sunburn that required specialized treatment. Also the product resembles the original but does not have the same consistency. Other products I ordered from their website were: - The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer which again is fake , it doesn’t have the pigment and the consistency like the original, colored flour. - Dipbrow Pomade Anastasia Beverly Hills which was just all dry and old and could not say much about it because it couldn't be used anyway. They say the products are original but they are selling counterfeit products.

Very bad services

Very bad services. The products and prices are good, but their delivery and call-center services are awfull and very disrespectfull. I paid for the express deliver, as they asked and not even they didn't deliver in time, as expected, they didn't deliver not even in the next day. Nobody bothered to let me know this and when I called them, in the evening, they put all the blame on the delivery services. They are very rude and they talk over you, just to cover their mistakes. They deliver in 4-5 days, no matter if you pay the express transport for the next day, saying that " they don't have any contact with the delivery". I don't expect you to have contact with the couriers, I expect you to make things work for the services you charge in the site, it's not the Client problem how you do this, as long as he respects you, by paying. They knew that they had a problem with this and they didn't bothered to deliver at least the next day and for this there is no excuse. Think twice when you want to order something from them and don't pay in advance, not even the transport, it doesn't worth it. And if you find the product in another place, take it from there, it's more likely to receive it.

Produs neconform ,la care s -a refuzat comunicarea datei de valabilitate.

Am cumpărat de la Notino , o crema de corp care se exfolia la aplicare , formând ciuciuleți .Din acest motiv, am rugat să -mi schimbe produsul și să-mi comunice data de expirare. Cele 5 solicitari făcute prin email sau telefonic, au rămas fără răspuns. Concluzia poate fi trasă de fiecare persoana care citește acest comentariu.

Scor mincinos din recenzii

Sunt dezamagita sa constat ca Notino publica doar recenziile favorabile la produse. Recenziile critice sunt omise, ceea ce face ca scorul din recenzii sa fie de fapt mincinos. Pentru cineva ca mine, care isi bazeaza alegerea pe scorul din recenzii, la produse cu caracteristici similare, acesta este un aspect important.

Notino me a bloqueado, por no dar la cara sobre mi dinero o perfume

Compre en notino un perfume nicho, llego mal y vinieron a buscarlo, la cuestión es que llevo un mes casi esperando la devolución del perfume o del dinero. Es que encima no me han llamado ellos ni una vez, para decir como va todo. Pagaras y comprar en otro sitio, nunca me paso esto

Misleading promotions

Misleading promotions Had a really bad experience lately. They were advertising free shipping for a brand. Went online to buy a lip liner from that brand. All seemed fine - that particular lip liner was included in the free shipping list. I selected the shade I wanted and proceeded to checkout - just to be surprised that shipping was still charged. Contacted them and found out to my surprise that even if the product is on the list, the free shipping applies to only 2 out of 30 shades of that product (?!?!) And not even clearly mentioned anywhere. So - the promotion is only a click-bait and then they charge you extra anyway? No, thanks, this is not how you build trust with your customers. Honestly, I prefer a store which offers no deals whatsoever but it's trustworthy to one that tries to fool you into buying by using such tricks. A last point - the site is such a mess when you try to search for a product. You can't add multiple filters. When searching for a particular term you can't sort the results by price. Most of their product descriptions are automatic translations from god knows what language - with hilarious to plain confusing results. I'll take my custom somewhere else for a time.
