They don't have the best products but for those prices it's ok

Sunt foarte multumita de viteza cu care mi s-a raspuns la intrebari si viteza cu care a fost trimis pachetul. Nu stiu de ce la un fond de ten lipsea capacul - totusi nu parea folosit, dar in rest nu am nici cea mai mica obiectie.

They sent me an opened perfume, with a broken box and half used. It was a gift, and they offered to send me another one in 3 weeks after I return the initial half empty bottle. Had to buy the perfume again from a separate merchant. Bad business and fake perfumes from Czech Republic. I would not recommend them even to my enemies.

Servicii de încredere .Livrare la timp.Singurul incovenient este transportul gratuit mai ales la produse ce depășesc suma de 200 lei mi s ar părea normal ca transportul sa se asigure gratuit.Astept pe viitor ca client fidel sa beneficieze de transport gratuit.

Deocamdată nu am nimic de criticat. Serviciile au fost favorabile, oferte bune. Atât ca nu am primit niciun voucher... Păcat... În fine. Toate cele bune. Super parfumuri.

Experienta a fost placuta la modul general. Produsele sunt conform descrierilor, comanda se face usor. Mi-as dori sa existe reduceri sau cadouri mai semnificative la comenzi mari. (o pasta de dinti de 10 ml nu mi se pare un cadou pertinent la o comanda de 1000 lei). De asemenea mi s-ar parea frumos sa fie suportata de aoro taxa de curier de la o anumita suma in sus (de ex pentru comenzi peste 300-500 lei). Altfel, nu am avut alte interactiuni neplacute.
