I had a couple of issues regarding payments and Michael was able to help me with exactly what I was trying to accomplish all while making sure I stayed a customer. He displayed numerous traits of curtesy and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would be extremely grateful to have someone like Michael work for me. Definitely pleased with his attitude and ability to dissect a discrepancy.

The associate that I spoke with was courteous and respectful, but kept trying to sell to me. I did not appreciate that. I was mislead by the internet and lead to believe I would be an annual subscriber for only $19.85. I was charged more than one time in a matter of 2 months. I am being reimbursed, however, I still feel as though I was mislead. In response to the reply I received: you are correct that your service plans are posted in multiple locations. However, that being said limited 14 day is $2.45, 14 day full service trial is $2.85, monthly full service is $7.85, and a yearly full service subscription is $19.85. These are prices pulled straight from the options provided upon sign up. I initially chose the 14 day full service trial for $2.85. I was happy with the service provided. I then went with the yearly full service subscription where I was then charged $19.85. 2 months later I was charged $19.85 again. When I did speak with the agent, who again was more than professional, explained how I was wrong in my understanding of the prices. That $19.85 was to be charged every 4 weeks, and the initial payment did not make me a yearly subscriber. Again I say I was mislead, and anyone who wants to create an account will see this information, and hope they're not mislead.

I received a charge for this service…

I received a charge for this service even though I had not used it in over 3 years. I called customer service and the gentleman I talked to was so courteous and helpful. He took the charge off and did not hassle me about the dispute. It was so nice to have a courteous representative.
