I reordered a second one with the discount code provided with my original order. I made an error and ordered a personalised one and was contacted by the company straight away and refunded the difference immediately. Great customer service. My second delivery also arrived well packaged and I was even given a complimentary decal which my son was delighted with. I would certainly not hesitate to order from this company again.
