I bought from RunActive running shoes on a couple of occasions. Excellent experience on both occasions. The second time I bought 2 pairs of trainers and I mistakenly ordered two different sizes. 99% of shops would have just sent what I ordered; RunActive didn’t - they kindly contacted me to check if the order was correct, and rectified it before sending the trainers. That, in my mind, is excellent customer care - no doubt I’ll keep using RunActive in the future

It pays to check your confirmation emails! Ordered a pair of On Cloudventure Peak 3's, in a UK 12, the dispatch notice had the size as UK 8.5! I emailed customer service and Charlotte responded within 10 minutes. She retrieved the shoes from dispatch, changed the order to the correct size, resolving the issue so quickly, I wasn't expecting that level of service.  Sportsshoes and others, would definitely tell me to order another pair then return the wrong size for a refund, given the same situation. To remove the package from dispatch, and switch it for the correct item is above and beyond what the majority of retailers would do. For that her actions have secured my future custom, while also exemplifying the company values.  The On Cloudventure Peak 3 is a fantastic trail shoe, and Run Active have a great stock of competitively priced top brand running shoes. Free delivery and outstanding customer service, it really does pay to shop with independent retailers
