I went to the Upminster shop yesterday…

I went to the Upminster shop yesterday for gait analysis the member of staff working there was very helpful and friendly. I had my analysis and got par of brooks trainers I am very happy with them and will be back there for my next pair. My husband has said he will go there for gait analysis and get his next pair of trainers you have now gained two very happy and loyal customers

Ordered late on a Sunday evening and…

Ordered late on a Sunday evening and packaged was delivered early Tuesday morning via Royal Mail 24h delivery for no extra charge. Really cant fault that level of service.

I was looking for a new race day shoe

I was looking for a new race day shoe. I was a little lost given how many options there are at the moment. I visited my local running shop. I was blown away with the knowledge of the staff, I mean they know pretty much everything about every model. I got to try on loads of pairs until I found the perfect model. I can't wait to try them out

We visited the shop in Billericay

We visited the shop in Billericay today Saturday 3/2/24. The first time we looked in the member of staff was serving someone else and as he was the only staff there we went for a coffee and came back. The shop was empty this time and the member of staff (an older guy) was sitting at counter. My daughter said she wanted her gait checked for running shoes to which he replied ‘’oh not another one - that’s all I’ve been doing all day’’ Not what we expected but he then said ‘‘I thought it might be quiet now so I could get out for some food and drink’’ We were surprised again! We asked how long it would take and he said half hour depending how picky we were on shoes. Then another lady came in and he said she’d come in before and he told her to come back in half hour and then when she’d finished her husband was getting checked. We said well we’d been there before but wasn’t offered that advice. We said maybe it might be good to have a ticket system snd he said ‘’Maybe it would be a good idea to put a sign on the door saying closed for lunch’’ We said well you wouldn’t be making any money then! We said we will go elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service.
