Having previously used the Glasgow office many times as a Branch Manager of a Builders Merchant I always find them incredibly helpful, listen to my needs and timescales and always deliver on time and in full. If you as a company are limited to buy from certain suppliers but you need something your supply channel cant get, Call these guys, no matter how weird and wonderful if may be, I've heard they can even get "filanges" for a Plane that's how good they are. Will definitely be using again.

Unfortunately a poor service and experience, I purchased a product that was sold as NEW on the internet and paid for the delivery service. To find out that it infact was scratched and used. Belive it was a ex-demo. I requested a exchange and was told , we can only refund you. I went to the manufacturer-supplier who in a email stating that thy will kindly exchange within 24hrs. This did not happen. So I have 1 of to options. Return or shut up and keep with no other options available. They should of exchanged and I did explain that I would share my experiences on a number of emails . This is not personal, just a very not a very trustworthy company by my personal experience. I would be very careful and before paying get proof it not used. 1out of 5 . I have all emails to back this . After your reply, I have an email from Makita starting the exchange. I'm more than happy to share. You should of exchanged for a new one as your stated and sold a second to me . Dreadful service. Who now want to lie. 1* . Shame on you .

Delivery company messed up but the team were very helpful and tracked the issue down and resolved it as promised. Things can go wrong for anyone but it's what they do when it happens that makes the difference. Thorougly recommend.
