At beginning when I use their website,the payment is slow and reasonable, later the payment became slower and slower,and right now they stop the payment,the website claimed my payment sent on 9/4/23,but today 9/20/23 I still didn't see it in my bank account,I know they will say you put the wrong routing number or bank number,but I copy and paste directly from my bank account,it can't be wrong,I did it all the time,never had problem,and you never get a response from them,so for me I will stop using the website until I got my money back,if you has situation like me, please leave a review warning other people

Never received any direct deposits since August 2021 though my account number and routing were correct. Same account where i get paid from employer. Totalling amount $2122.16. It's been 2 months since I opened ticket. Request #38541. After 1 zillion follow ups, tickets and repeated follow ups, Scott paid a portion of it. But is not responding again for the remaining $501.33 rebaid that they still owe me. If I open new tickets he mercilessly closes and merges it into original ticket but never take action on it. The site only shows last 10 transactions. So have no idea which one is paid which ones are missing. They intentionally do not notify in any email when you withdraw direct deposit. Nor when it's deposited or failed. So User will never know if the withdraw was successful or not and have to manually keep track of all withdrawals himself. Cheapest way to scam people. Never expected this. Really needing that remaining money for my kid's expenses and having to borrow elsewhere on interest because rebaid is holding my money..
