They have not direct deposited the funds as they promised. Nor are they responding to any emails, to "investigate". Their website talks about this investigation, but they are not responding at all.

I've had a great experience with Rebaid...I pick my items and get my rebate in the mail. I even get a reminder text that my rebate will be mailed out. Love having that extra bit of communiction!

My experience was great because I found something I had wanted, literally getting my money back, and had a direct link to find what I was after. I wish it didn't take as long as it did to relieve your money back but it did tell me upfront how long it would take

I put my complete trust in Rebaid after reading all of the positive reviews here. Unfortunately, I like many here have not been able to receive my direct deposit rebate.... This is my first time trying to withdraw my rebates and just wish I tried sooner (when my earnings were not much so I have less to lose). I have tried contacting Rebaid (email is the only option) and even after 3 days there is no response. Customer service is nonexistent. I'm happy that this site is working for some, but for others, it is a true nightmare. Use at your own discretion.
