I have purchased several items through Rebaid. Only a few items proved to not live up to what was advertised. It didn’t really upset me as nearly all the products I purchased came with a 100% rebate! The rest came with rebates up to 90%! I love ❤️ this sight! How can you go wrong when you get the full or nearly full purchase price back? It does take a few weeks for the rebate to show up in ones account as ready to pay out. Totally understandable. I have never had any problems getting my rebates. Truly a 5 Star company!

Love, love, love Rebaid!!! I have been enjoying this site for 2 years and it is amazing! Never, ever an issue! Lots of quality items for next to nothing (just tax usually). Rebates are quick and on time. Will continue to use as long as they are around!!!

If you need to talk to customer service don’t expect an answer. I have sent them several messages with no response. There used to be a lot better deals as well. The deals were so amazing that I spent a lot of money. The company itself seems to be going downhill from what it was. It does send you the rebate money. Also check product reviews before purchasing items. After I wrote this review they banned me from redeeming products from their site. So now I changed the stars to one instead of 3

Profile was very easy to create and Rebaid are often very competitive. My concern is the lack of customer service communication and I am very concerned because I have a large amount of $1,636.19 pending and now my account oddly states ineligible for rebates and I did not receive an email on why this happened and am seriously concerned that this is a scam site because customer service has not responded to me via their Zendesk ticketing system. I have never had this issue prior but warning if you do use this site only make small purchases. If customer service does not respond I am sending all the items that were purchased from Amazon and Etsy back ASAP!!! Update Rebaid has not paid anything via direct deposit to my checking out and I have never provided invalid order ID’s via Amazon I actually have all the products that were sent and would be happy to send Rebaid proof via photos as well with a time date stamp. This is very disappointing I really now think this is very alarming and plan to return all the products because it doesn’t seem that I will be getting my money back via Rebaid please use caution when using Rebaid!!!

I am new to this app so I am learning as I go. This app offers a variety of items that are discounted with the rebates. There are several items that qualify for a full retail rebate, while others range greatly in potential savings. The filters on this app are user friendly and helpful to sort out the items/discounts you're looking for. The drawback in this app is the inventory on hand. Although there are several rebates for items, the items are sold out 9.6/10 times. Then it says, "a few more will be available at a specific time" but I haven't found that to be accurate or helpful. I was able to use a few rebates and a check was issued for those items.
